LEO Offaly develops an expansive programme of training for micro-enterprise clients and as the Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multiparty framework agreement for the provision of training services. Each Lot will operate on a rotational basis over the contract period, with the highest scoring tender being offered the first training opportunity.
