Electrical Installation Condition Reports & Associated Remedial Works

<p>Andium Homes wishes to enter into a Service Level Agreement with a suitable contractor for the provision of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and associated essential electrical remedial works identified during the carrying out of the EICR to its residential housing stock. Associated remedial works include repairs to electrical services identified during the EICR, together with replacement of smoke detectors, installation of Environmental Sensors and other services to include the calculation and production of Energy Performance Certificates. Prospective Tenderers must complete attached Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and submit by completion of the Register of Interest date if not already an Andium Homes Approved Contractor. Failure to submit a completed PQQ by the required date (31/10/2022) will result in the prospective tenderer not being taken through to the tender stage.</p> Keywords: electrical, EICR, Smoke Detector
