To ensure an accurate and up-to-date information architecture, our Business Classification Scheme (BCS) and Records Retention Schedule (RRS) requires reviewing and revising. A) Review existing Business Classification Scheme (BCS) B) Review existing Records Retention Schedule (RRS) C) Develop a revised RRS and BCS that are aligned D) Align the Information Asset Register with the revised RRS and BCS. E) Ensuring any retention triggers are compatible with SharePoint Online EDRMS F) All outputs to be provided in Welsh.
