<p>Open to Local (Jersey C.I.) Contractors Only Andium Homes wishes to enter into a 5 year contract (with possible extensions) with 3no contractors to deliver 2no larger void refurbishment packages (based on area and property type) which will deliver the majority of void refurbishments throughout the year, with an additional smaller volume package of work awarded to a third contractor. Andium Homes carries out approximately 250-300 void refurbishments per year dependent on the amount of moves during the year. The works range from a simple void works carrying out statutory and essential tests to full refurbishment including kitchens, bathrooms, electrics etc. The Void Refurbishment Contracts are a vital part of ensuring that vacant properties are returned to the Andium Homes lettable standard as quickly as possible, and to a good quality, whilst ensuring that all statutory safety requirements are met.</p> Keywords: Void, Refurbishment
