T0370 Third Party Infrastructure Technical Partner

Tender description

National Highways ("NH" or "the Employer") is setting up a contract for provision of Technical services to support the Third Party Infrastructure team ("TPI" team or "the Client") within the Customer, Strategy and Comms directorate. The TPI team will appoint a Technical Partner ("the Consultant") with the ability to work in partnership with the Client, to provide specialist technical advice, expertise and strategic support to assist in the delivery of the TPI programme from October 2022 to March 2025. This work package is required to strengthen the mitigation of significant risks to the Strategic Road Network (SRN) that relate to the planning, construction and long-term operation of a number of Third Party Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), whilst maximising the realisation of associated benefits.
