provision of GRS, Global Rostering System/ Software Enterprises is part of Total Mobile NEAS service leads are: Paul Nicholson, Mark Walsh, Aaron Bahanda, Caroline Kightley this is a rolling contract and has been in place since 2008 • Software Enterprises Ltd (acquired by Totalmobile in July 2020) provide NEAS with rostering/duty management software called ‘GRS’ (Global Rostering System). This software allows NEAS to roster staff and paramedics to shifts. • There is an internal project taking place at NEAS right now, looking at the potential to migrate GRS from ‘On-Premise’ to the SaaS version. Mark Walsh is leading this project. There is an NHS framework agreement which NEAS can use for this. • NEAS ‘Customer Success Manager’ is Nick Cheal, who will deal with your rostering teams on a day to day basis.
