<p>Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking competitive quotes for the provision of an External Quality Assessment (EQA). The Public Sector Internal Audit Standards (PSIAS) set out that an External Quality Assessment (EQA) must be performed by an independent body once every five years.
