Two automated road bridges namely Poole Bridge and Twin Sails require regular maintenance and support, both attended and remote for the automation systems Lot 1: Two automated road bridges namely Poole Bridge and Twin Sails require regular maintenance and support, both attended and remote for the automation systems. The following scope required deliverables. This is not an exhaustive list or in any way limited to the following identified requirements: • Remote Support • Attended Support • Service Visits • Proof Testing of Functional Safety System • Audit Trail of Support / Maintenance and Modifications • Maintaining System Documentation & Drawings. A 10-year support contract period is required. Tenders must therefore be provided for a 10 year period.
