Meet the Buyer Event Pest Control Services

Midland Heart will be holding a Meet the Buyer Event to discuss the upcoming Pest Control Services Tender. The event will be for 1 hour to discuss the scope, timetable, and details of how to access the tender. There will also be an opportunity for questions on the process at the end of the presentation. Date: Wednesday 11th October 2022 Time: 11am – 12pm.Location: Microsoft TeamsPlease contact the Commercial Manager Laura Bennett (Laura.Bennett@midlandheart.org.uk) to be invited to the event. The event will also be recorded should you not be able to attend but wish to review the content of the presentation. Lot 1: Lot 1 The Contract will mainly be for treatment of Rats, Mice and Cockroaches but on occasion, Midland Heart will need the Contractor to deal with all pests listed below (list not exhaustive) - RatsBird mitesFliesMiceLiceDust MitesCockroachesFleasAntsBed BugsWaspsSilverfishSquirrelsHornets The only exceptions are protected species & honeybees (where Midland Heart will decide on how to proceed following advice from the Contractor).The services will be delivered direct through the Contractors own staff and will not be subcontracted without written permission from Midland Heart.The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure’s including Void properties, General Needs properties, Retirement and Supported Living properties, Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and Mutual Properties.
