This is a Transparency Notice publication to original Contract for CRM & Data Application Transformation, Design, Development, Implementation & Support. This notice replaces previous published awarded contract notice: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/f0728e6a-ed96-4c60-9e02-f91d9b636371 published on the 05th October 2021. The available 2nd 12th month option to extend the contract period has since been taken extending the contract expiry date up to the 31st October 2023. The original procurement was undertaken through the CCS Framework Agreement reference number RM3821 for the provision of Data and Applications Solutions, Lot 1d: Data Intelligence & Analytics following Direct Award process. Total maximum award value is the maximum of all charges including all optional extensions. This value modification has been completed in compliance with regulation 72 (a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. CQC Reference: CQC ICTC 821.
