This contract has been awarded under the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 12 Framework agreement Lot 3 Cloud Support Digital Business Strategy, Change and Operating Model to include Understand the strategy of the programme and identify the infrastructural and operational needs to meet the programme strategy. Develop a programme plan with a critical path and dependency log. Create alignment across the various workstreams in the programme to ensure their outputs are supporting the programme goals. Supporting the programme director develop a 3 year business case including the resourcing . Develop relationships with internal and external teams to deliver the programme including mapping interdependencies across other national programmes and central functions
