Development and delivery of a 'Green' Ambassador Programme for Greater Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has contracted a Consultant to develop and deliver a Greater Lincolnshire 'Green' Ambassador Programme in line with the themes and topics included in the recently launched Green Tourism Toolkit, in order to help empower local businesses to become and champion becoming 'green' and sustainable businesses, and to find practical ways to respond to the effects of climate change and the associated ecological changes that currently face us.\r \r The Ambassador Programme shall aim to:\r \r Train and certify a minimum of 10 - 20 Green tourism Ambassadors\r \r Encourage involvement of a minimum 10-20 Greater Lincolnshire Tourism Businesses\r \r Assist in promoting career progression and improve employability of a minimum 10-20 individuals
