CCCT/765 Creative Server & LAN Systems Health Check and Support

Tender description

We require a systems health check service for a supplier to scope the support contract and then provide a 3-year support contract providing call out system as well as hardware and software support. The hardware and software to be covered by this support contract is listed in the table below. Hardware - Apple Mac Mini 3.0GHz 6-core 8th Gen - ATTO Thunderlink x 2 - Promise Pegasus32 R8 RAID - Quantum Scaler Tape library Software - Retrospect backup Additional services required: · Phone and remote support between 0800-1700 · Support with the continued accreditation of the system which will include help with network architecture diagrams · In year one only: - A pre-visit to familiarise engineers with the network configuration - one health check of the server and network - (Day rate x 2) · In year two and year three provide two health checks of the server and network on site per year · Offer advice on better ways of working and possible upgraded of current server, raid, backup, and LAN
