Carlow Arts Festival 2022-23, RFT for service provision and delivery of an analysis and development arts project

Tender description

Carlow Arts Festival would like to procure the services of a company to deliver a project called ROOTS. This is a location-based project situated across County Carlow in Rathvilly, Tullow, Hacketstown and Graiguecullen. These locations were selected due to their lack of provisions and services as per The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2018 – 2023 of Carlow County Development Partnership. We encourage tenders which propose a 10 month programme of research and engagement on the ground in these four places. Included in this programme will be a public event in Carlow Town during Carlow Arts Festival in June 2023. As the research of these four places will be undertaken concurrently, we would encourage tenders from companies who would contract the services of two freelance Creative Practitioners working in the area of community development within the context of the arts. The company will be contracted to work in these four locations providing arts provisions and services for the equivalent of sixty days over 10 months.
