Agency staff for Willowtree

"Due to an emergency admission at Willowtree we had to use agency staff to cover shifts. The service has also expanded as the extended short breaks and residential suites are open and due to staff vacancies, we need agency to cover shifts. The use of agency staff was only supposed to be a temporary thing while the emergency was with us however since then, we have had 2 more emergency admissions and their staffing level meant we required more staff. This form is to cover the invoices from the 28th August to 21st September. I am completing an exception form to cover the costs of any additional invoices for the next couple of months. There is no annual budget for the code because the agency is balanced by vacancies within the staffing budgets. "
