The Council is seeking to develop a framework (DPS) of Registered Housing Providers able to work in partnership with the Council to: •Develop accommodation via leasing arrangements with private sector landlords (in partnership with Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Councils) •Develop supported housing for vulnerable people.(Barnsley Council only) •Develop general needs housing (Barnsley Council only) Lot 43392: Category 1 Private Sectory Leasing In partnership with Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Councils Lot 43819: Category 2 Supported Housing Capital Expenditure Barnsley Council only Lot 43820: Category 3 General Needs Housing Barnsley Council only
