The proposed development scheme consists of the construction of 24 affordable homes as Phase III at Thornton Road, Steynton, Milford Haven. This contract will comprise the third and final phase of a development totalling 117 units - JCT Design & Build.The intention is for the properties to be non-fossil fuel heated – most likely via Air Source Heat pumps.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
