The proposed development scheme consists of the construction of 26 affordable homes as Phase II at Parc Maen Hir, Letterston.:-The scheme mix is as follows: -• 8 x 4 Person 2 Bed Houses• 2 x 4 Person 3 Bed Houses• 4 x 2 Person 1 Bed Flats• 2 x 3 Person 2 Bed Elderly Person Bungalows• 6 x 3 Person 2 Bedroom Bungalows• 4 x 2 Person 1 Bed BungalowsThe properties are to be non-fossil fuel heated – most likely via Air Source Heat pumps, and we would like the contractor to use a form of MMC for the construction. The minimum starting point for this being a pre-insulated timber frame, but we would be open to any sensible suggestions from the contractor.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
