Tender description
- The scope of work involved in this contract includes, but is not limited to:Move existing topsoil stockpile. - Secure site and setup welfare facilities and temporary laydown area as required. - Strip topsoil and store on site for later use in sealed stockpiles not greater than 2m in height. - Construction of Water Garden - Installation of underground services (drainage and utilities) - Excavation to formation car park formation level - CBR tests on sub-base - Placement of footpath, car park and roadway subbase (final make-up determined by CBR results) - Installation of kerbs - Installation of lighting bases and poles - Landscaping and planting of green areas - Supply and install of covered bicycle parking - Supply and Installation of outdoor classroom - Pour concrete footpath - Paving to car parking and footpath - Final surfacing of roadway - Line marking of road and parking as required - Installation of EV charging points - Associated ancillary works
