Tender description
The requirement is to obtain services from a recruitment process outsourcing/managed services agency with experience of recruiting into the Civil Service and abiding with our fair and open competition policy. The requirement is to replace c40 contract staff with permanent/FTC staff. The requirement from the successful bidder is for them to advertise, sift and coordinate interviews for all of the initial c40 roles (not just some of the 40 roles). Interviews will be conducted by HSE staff. The offer process will also be managed by the appointed agency
