<p>Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council are working in partnership to plan for emergency facilities that would be required to cater for a large scale emergencies including, but not limited to the following: East Coast Flood Evacuation, Emergency Mortuary. It is essential that the site is operational within 72hrs therefore; delivery timescales are critical. A forward liaison team will be based on site to oversee the build and liaise with contractors. Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council are not obligated to purchase any items as part of this agreement. In the event that the items are required, your organisation will be contacted and payment will be made once delivery has been confirmed by the site manager. Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council reserves the right to complete a telephone test to ensure that the items required are available to be delivered within the timescales outlined, however no items will actually be ordered or need to be delivered to the site.</p> Keywords: Emergency Planning Response
