Microfilming Newspapers

Tender description

Sheffield City Council’s Library and Archive Service would like to request quotes to provide a micro filming service. The contract will be expected to run for 4 years. Please note that this specification is based on previous year’s information. These requirements may be subject to change, and we would expect to work with the successful supplier should this occur. The successful supplier will be required to provide the following: • Collection of publications on a quarterly basis from the Library and secure storage facilities whilst being processed • Provide 2 sets of microfilms of the above • Provide 1 set of negative film of the same • Delivery of both the publications and films back to the Library
