The project will be delivered through phased tasks over multiple years. Port Type A had characteristics including high volume of traffic, rapid turnaround of passengers, and annual passenger numbers between 11,000,000 to 14,000,000. Additional information: The award criteria was 80% quality and 20% price for each Port Type (Lot). Lot 2: Port Type B The Maritime Security Advancements (MSA) project will focus on delivering major improvements to maritime security through a whole system review of the approach to reducing terrorist threats on vessels. The project will be delivered through phased tasks over multiple years. Port Type B was based on characteristics of high volume traffic, moderate turnaround of passengers, and annual passenger numbers of between 1,800,000 to 2,200,000. Additional information: The award criteria was 80% quality and 20% price for each Port Type (Lot). Lot 3: Port Type C [13:59] Sam Hatton The Maritime Security Advancements (MSA) project will focus on delivering major improvements to maritime security through a whole system review of the approach to reducing terrorist threats on vessels. The project will be delivered through phased tasks over multiple years. Port Type C was based on characteristics of low volume traffic, moderate turnaround of passengers with primarily a HGV demographic, and annual passenger numbers of 500,000 to 750,000. Additional information: The award criteria was 80% quality and 20% price per Port Type (Lot).
