Tender description

Long Term Home Support services support adults and children/young people, providing personalised care and support to people in their own homes to enable individuals to live independently. Eligibility criteria is for social care, and adults eligible for non-complex health funded Continuing Health Care. It has been identified that contracted contingency provision is required to support existing contacted cluster provision. It is intended that this tender will result in the award of 2 contingency providers, let in 2 Lots covering 2 areas of the city. The initial term of the Contract will be for the period of 5 years from commencement but may be extended, by mutual agreement by 1 increment of 2 years Lot Lot 1: Lot 1 Lot 1 - Area East of the City Lot Lot 2: Lot 2 Lot 2- West side of the City
