Tender description
CBC has procured courses that extend, complement and broaden its current 2021-22 programme and support residents in these unprecedented times. It is seeking to support the following priority groups of residents (later referred to as 'learners'): - Residents who are unemployed and looking for work. - Residents in low paid work and seeking career progression or change, or who are at risk of redundancy (earning below the ESFA's low wage threshold and who would normally be eligible for co-funding).
