Tender description

The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake the analysis of responses to a public consultation on the draft Heat Networks Delivery. The overall aim of the contract is provide robust and timely analysis and reporting on the responses to the consultation, to inform the final Heat Networks Delivery Plan. The overall aim of the contract is to produce a clear and concise report for publication, which reflects a robust and systematic analysis of responses to the consultation. This includes both written responses and feedback gathered through online consultation events.
