Lot 1: The scope of the service is being extended to include the next phase of the project: <br/><br/> The next phase of the programme that we would like PA to deliver as part of this contract includes: Redesign of IMP organisational structure and implementation of the new UKHSA privacy model (Jan) Business engagement and implementation of IMP vision across UKHSA (Jan) Establish data lifecycle management standards and processes, with clear retention schedule and tooling and data destruction standards (Feb) <br/><br/>Define and establish relationships with upstream and downstream business units with dependencies on/from IM&P.
