West Northamptonshire Council (the Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to manage the provision of Property Management and Business Support services on a day-to-day basis at the Vulcan Works Creative (VWCH) in Northampton Town Centre. Lot 1: West Northamptonshire Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to manage the provision of Property Management and Business Support services on a day-to-day basis at the Vulcan Works Creative (VWCH) in Northampton Town Centre. The Service Provider will be responsible for all matters connected with or incidental to the provision of the Services set out below in relation to the marketing, letting, and management of the premises; the efficient and timely collection of income due and payment into the Designated Account; the maintenance, repair, and renewal of the Premises; and the operation of telephony and internet services. The Services include, but are not limited to, managing and operating the facility, marketing, and promotion, lettings, promoting new and growing SME creative industry businesses, providing services for resident and non-resident businesses, repairs and maintenance, unit adaptations as required, financial management, meeting performance targets, reporting requirements, and maintaining good working relationships.
