Support and Maintenance Services for expense@work

Tender description

Tenderers should note that the purpose of this ITT is to procure support and maintenance services for the Central Bank of Ireland’s (the “Central Bank”), Expense@Work system, which is an ‘on premise’ solution, for which the Central Bank has perpetual licences. The Central Bank’s current contract for support and maintenance for Expenses@Work will expire on 18th December 2022. The Central Bank is therefore interested in responses from Tenderers who are accredited as Systems@Work partners, and can provide Systems@Work “Expense@Work Client Support Package” offering for continued support and maintenance of the Central Banks Expense@Work system.
