This project is part of an ongoing national term contract maintenance programme for Tuath Housing Association in domestic inspecting, servicing and maintenance, etc., of life and health safety systems, e.g., fire detection and alarm system; fire extinguishers; automatic open vents; disabled refuge systems; emergency lighting systems and fire hose reels; safety checks on all gas cookers, fires and all other similar appliances and their connections, etc., to c. 43 No. targeted multi occuption properties located nationally in various county regions as well as preparing conditional reports and certification thereon. Tenderers are generally expected to be experienced and registered electrical fire alarm/emergency lighting, etc., specialist Contractor and to submit a fully detailed lump sum fixed price tender amount for its execution, completion and certification, etc., all in accordance with the following enclosed Works Requirements main tender documents
