The Charities Regulator intends to conduct a procurement competition for the supply of a digital platform for the registration and reporting requirements of charities, to include an online portal for charities, a publicly available register, a case management system for reporting/investigating concerns/issues about charities, a back office system to manage workflows/assessments/CRM, and comprehensive reporting functionality for workflow management, KPI reporting and provision of Open Data. Lot 1: The Charities Regulator intends to conduct a procurement competition for the supply of a digital platform for the registration and reporting requirements of charities, to include an online portal for charities, a publicly available register, a case management system for reporting/investigating concerns/issues about charities, a back office system to manage workflows/assessments/CRM, and comprehensive reporting functionality for workflow management, KPI reporting and provision of Open Data. This is a pre-market engagement exercise and participation in this exercise, and one-to-one discussions, are not prerequisites to participation in any subsequent procurement process.
