Tender description

Orbit Group Limited (Orbit) is seeking to appoint a number of suppliers (anticipated to be up to 8) to enter into a contract to provide Legal Services across a range of disciplines. Lot 1: Orbit is seeking up to 8 suppliers to form our Panel of Legal Advisers to provide a range of Legal services as outlined below: 1. Tenancy Services 2. Construction and Development 3. Property Asset Management 4. Finance / Treasury 5. Human Resources / Employment 6. Governance and Corporate Suppliers will be expected to provide the full range of services throughout the duration of the contract. The Contract for the panel will be awarded for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend up to a further 1 year, subject to provisions for earlier termination including a break clause and annual renewals based on meeting and maintaining Key Performance Indicators.
