Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take works for the Installation of Quantum Heating Systems at 12 Properties throughout Cornwall. This will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract. Please refer to supporting documents within the question sets for the full scope of works. Asbestos Surveys have been ordered and will be supplied before commencement on site The intention is to award the contracts as separate packages to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Price 40% Quality.
