DHSC Intranet Hosting & Technical Support - GCloud12 Call-Off Contract with DXW. Update 27 March 2023: The potential cost of the total lifetime of the contract has now been updated to £227,622 and the scope of this contract will now include additional deliverables; specifically: - a user profiling workshop with external content design support - a round of user research to profile and understand the needs of DHSC staff within their HR intranet use - running content workshops with HR and Digital teams to look at content auditing, best practice in terms of attachments/downloads and broader content strategy; the exact number to be determined once the user profile work has been completed - implementation of changes designed using the user research sessions alongside production of any new intranet pages, move content around, adjust structure, taxonomies & website structure - running a second, shorter round of user research process to validate any changes made and to assess if the Buyer and Supplier have met their objectives to improving user access to HR content on the DHSC intranet. - the Supplier will also allocate a designated project manager to provide delivery support.
