The delivery of Community Welfare Advice Services that provide independent advice that is efficient and effective in preventing and reducing the problems faced by householders in relation to (but not limited to) benefits & tax credits, debt, employment, health & social care, housing and immigration. This advice will be accessible to a wide range of individuals and communities; offered in appropriate languages and within a culture of equality and diversity. Lot 1: Community Welfare Advice Services - Complex Health Needs The delivery of Community Welfare Advice Services in relation to complex health needs to provide independent advice that is efficient and effective in preventing and reducing the problems faced by householders in relation to (but not limited to) benefits & tax credits, debt, employment, health & social care, housing and immigration. This advice will be accessible to a wide range of individuals and communities; offered in appropriate languages and within a culture of equality and diversity.
