<p>The Authority is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide a vacant property research service and refreshed website, for commercial properties across North Tyneside for a period of twelve months with two possible options to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month period each at the Authority’s sole discretion. The successful Contractor will be responsible for developing a refreshed property search website, transferring data from the existing www.locatenorthtyneside.co.uk website & identifying vacant commercial properties in the borough by pro-actively contacting the commercial property agents and recording the information for the Locate North Tyneside website.</p> Keywords: Website, Commercial Property, Locate NT
