Tender description
The provision of a managed infrastructure hosting service for National Highways' Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS). Lot 1: This contract relates to the provision of a managed infrastructure hosting service for National Highways' Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS). The supplier will provide Tier 3 Data Centre rack space for the hosted service, along with automated monitoring, data and system backup, storage / capacity management, and firewall services. The contract will also include extensive Service Management and Operational Change Management, in order to ensure that the services continue to meet the performance and availability standards of National Highways at all times. The supplier will also provide a Service Desk to assist with Incident and Problem Management.
