School Leadership Programme - Development and Provision

Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the the development and provision of a School Leadership Programme for WWETB post primary Middle Leadership Teams. The development and provision of a hree-year programme (during 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25 school years) for Middle Leadership teams in all WWETB post primary schools to enhance Leadership and Management through the practical support of the implementation of the Department of Education CL003/2018. The programme should: • Strengthen both the middle leadership teams within each school; • provide for a clear understanding of the expectations of middle leaders in all WWETB post primary schools and empower meaningful distributed leadership; • enable the members of the senior leadership team to mentor and support the middle leaders; • enable the members of the middle leadership team to mentor and support colleagues in the schools; • encourage professional dialogue between all leaders in each school; • promote reflective practice of all leaders in each school; • support a community of practice of middle leaders across all WWETB schools; • create a culture of shared ownership and responsibility for leadership in each school; • reflect the core values of WWETB as an organisation and the core values of WWETB schools; • provide for consistent implementation of CL003/2018 across all WWETB post primary schools;
