<p>Halton Borough Council is seeking to invite Expressions of Interest from organisations that are willing to take over the full operation of the building, known as Runcorn Swimming Pool, Bridge Street, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1BY.</p> <p>Interested parties must show how they intend to develop a sustainable operating model to secure the long-term future of the asset. We are seeking expressions of interest for alternative uses for the building, (not use as a swimming pool).</p> <p>Further details and supporting documents can be accessed in the project attachment area.</p> <p>The closing date for questions is at 10.00am on 7th October 2022 Interested parties must raise all questions relating to this opportunity via The Chest’s Messaging facility.
