1.1. Luton Borough Council is looking to engage a suitable, qualified organisation(s) to quote for the cleaning of the rendered walls to various Flat blocks and houses within the borough of Luton. Using a biocidal wash that conforms to UK legislation and safe to use in domestic environment. The Council installed an external wall insulation to these blocks and used a silicone based render system. Over time the walls have seen a growth of algae and mildew which needs to be cleaned off. The Council expects the winning bidder to provide a professional cleaning service to not only clean the render but also clean the windows (both the frames and the glass) Any organisation wishing to express an interest in bidding for this service can do so by first responding to the advert which can be found (once registration has been achieved - for free) on the e commerce platform Proactis Due North.
