Integrated Housing Management System - Contract Variation

Tender description

The Council has undertaken a variation to its inherited Integrated Housing Management System contract, provided to the Council by Aareon UK Ltd since 2017, which supports a core database of properties, tenants, and applicants, and is publishing this notice in compliance with Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, as the value of the aggregated variations is 33.17% of the original contract value. This variation is for Versaa migration, which is essential to keep the mobile solution working for the Council's Repairs and Maintenance Trades at Corby. The original solution for Versaa was withdrawn by the supplier in October 2021, and support for this solution will cease from October 2022 and for Documotive, for the provision of a document management system that integrates with our existing housing management system.
