Tender description

The purposes of this procurement exercise was to renew the contract in relation to the Housing Management System and to carry out further integration work. The existing system will continue to operate with the following features: -Housing Options Wizard -Online application form (including change of circumstances) -Mutual Exchange – using House Exchange -Succession applications -Budget calculator -S5 applications & integration with GCC -Public website with customer single sign on -Unity Back office to process and manage applications -Choice Based Lettings back-office property management -Data exchange service between other systems -Entitled To benefit calculator integration The system provides online housing information, advice and letting service from Wheatley Group. With the system, customers get personalised and honest advice to help them make the right choices about their housing, including signposting to a range of housing options which may suit their needs. The single system solution for onboarding DGHP will use the existing system with changes applied as required to meet the needs of DGHP.
