Examination E-Systems - Request for Information

Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI), seeking contribution from potential providers of software that provides an electronic testing system. Presently the tests are paper based. The question sheets consist of 28 multiple choice questions, and each test paper has different questions which are randomly taken from a database of stock questions. The course is in high demand, several courses can be held every week generating a vast amount of paper question sheets. To reduce the amount of paper used we are looking at an electronic system that can provide the same service if not more than the present paper-based system does.
