Bikeability Cycle Training Provider Soft Market Test

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Peterborough City Council annually received grant funding from the Department for Transport via the Bikeability Trust to deliver cycle training to school pupils in the city. Historically multi-year funding had been awarded but for the last few years it has only been awarded on a single year basis. It is hoped that later this year funding would again be confirmed for the longer term. This information is requested as part of a soft market testing exercise in order to seek the market’s views on a requirement for a provider to deliver Bikeability Cycle Training. The information gathered will be used to help develop the specification further and gauge the level of interest in this proposed procurement activity.
