Tender description

This training design will be required to fit the needs of the CIÉ business and will be experiential in nature. The training must be delivered by an experienced team with a qualification in work psychology or a comparable field. We would welcome an innovative design and using modern training techniques such as world café, fish bowls, panel discussions, working groups, social learning, gamification etc.,. The CIÉ group of companies will require flexibility within the Training design. In advance of provision of training, the provider will be required to liaise with a representative from each of the CIÉ group of companies to ensure that the design and content of the programmes provided are customised to meet the needs and requirement of each individual company.
