Oxford Direct Services - Window Cleaning

<p>Quotations are invited by Oxford Direct Services (ODS) for window cleaning services. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing this requirement, liaising closely with the Streetscene &amp; Estates Operations Manager. The successful Provider will be required to provide Window Cleaning Services at the buildings listed in the Pricing Schedule. The frequency of cleaning is quarterly (April / July /October/January). ODS may also require yearly services for some properties. It should be noted that the property portfolio is transient. As such it is likely to change during the term of this contract. The contract manager shall be entitled to add or delete properties with mutual agreement.</p> Keywords: Window Cleaning
