Multi Element Refurbishment Works - Downpatrick

Tender description

The contract is for the internal refurbishment works to assisted living properties at 33A and 33B St. Patrick’s Drive, Downpatrick. Proposed works internally shall include new kitchen, utility, bathroom, shower room and toilet fixtures and fittings. New kitchen furniture, including carcasses, worktops, doors, handles, tiles splash backs, floor coverings, sinks etc will be provided to kitchens and utility room as per DDA and Lifetime Home Standards. Bathroom installation works will comprise new sanitary ware including toilets, WHB’s, baths, shower trays and enclosures as applicable. Works will also include replacement of existing floor coverings, skirting, architrave and internal doors throughout. Full redecoration works will be completed throughout also. Full rewiring works are included as part of the works, including all tracking of walls and reinstatement as required including replacement faceplates, light fittings, cabling etc. Please refer to drawings and specification for further details of scheme.
