Lease of new Mayor's Car

Tender description

As part of the civic and ceremonial duties of the Mayor of Peterborough a vehicle is provided for the purpose of transport for the Mayor to attend events across the City and surrounding area. \r \r This decision is to replace the previous vehicle which was returned at the end of its lease term. \r \r The new vehicle will be fully electric to take into account the Council's Carbon Management Plan. \r \r The previous vehicle was returned at the end of its lease and discussion took place regarding the approval of a new vehicle. It was agreed that this should be an electric vehicle and one comparable to previous vehicles.
