Digital Boost 1-2-1s Programme (Business Gateway Ayrshire)

Tender description

The Digitalboost programme is a project is intended to strengthen the knowledge and skills of SMEs in Scotland around digital technology. This Framework will be used by Business Gateway Ayrshire to support Ayrshire businesses. 1-2-1 support will give direct assistance for clients to adopt and optimise the use of digital technology (not to execute the tasks for them) Support will be limited to 21 hours per company (although clients may be offered less than this and in many cases, the support will only be 14 hours), and will include preparatory work, client facing time (which must be on a face-to face basis and not conducted through digital technology – e.g. Skype, Facetime etc.), research and report writing. Travel time is not included in the 21 hours. The framework agreement is for one year to cover the remainder of Phase 7 (commenced April 2022), with the option of two additional one-year extension options. The extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council and may be dependent on satisfactory performance. Extensions are also subject to confirmation of award of additional funding for Phase 8 and 9 from Scottish Government therefore are not guaranteed.
