Tender description

ASK People Services is part of a Digital initiative within the People Service (formerly HR) to streamline and modernise the HR function of People Operations and wider People Services. All People Services enquiries and case management initiation requests are administered and triaged by the AI&G team. There is an opportunity to implement a HR specific Management Information System (MIS) that will act as an entry point to People Services; the system will be required to triage enquiries, provide standardized customer support and resolution to queries, and ensure incoming work is treated in the most efficient and effective way possible. The proposed solution is intended act as one single source of truth for People Services and its customers.
